The new Series 3 Large Tri-Lo is a responsive tricycle which is easy to steer and control. It is now fitted with a 5 Speed gear and still features a robust frame with allowance for growth to ensure the rider can gain a good seating position on the large comfortably padded seat. Braking is provided by a back pedal coaster brake gear system which means the rider's hands never have to leave the hand pedals when controlling the tricycle. Parking brakes are fitted to both rear wheels. The new independant footplates can adjust in height, angle and width for greater support and comfort.

The convenience of using the Tri-Lo is a key criteria in its design, a large seat and a low step through frame allow easier transfers from a wheelchair or a seated position. The ability for the rider to transfer independently is a very important benefit of the Tri-Lo range. The addition of quick release rear wheels and a frame folding facility allows the Tri-Lo to be transported easily in a car or stored in a more compact manner. Other accessories can be added such as pelvic guides and a push handle.
